World Health Organization (WHO) has already called this outbreak a Pandemic. The United Arab Emirates has banned Prayer at all Places of Worship. including Mosques, Churches, etc to Stop the Spread of COVID-19.
Dubai, being the Tourism and Business HUB, has to Lock Down the Bars, Lounges, Spas, Public Gardens in order to fight this THREAT.
UAE Suspended Prayers at all Worship Places & Mosques amid COVID-19 Outbreak
World Governments are taking all Precautionary Measures to Tackle the Noval CoronaVirus at all Possible Levels. Now, the Health Ministry of UAE has suspended all Congregational Prayers at all Houses of Worship, including Mosques. The Decision will remain Intact for four Weeks.
As per the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments (GAIAE), the decision was taken to avoid the Spread of CoronaVirus. The Decision will be applied to all Places including Mosques and Churches.

The General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments (GAIAE) said late on Monday that the decision was taken to avoid the spread of Covid-19 and protect public health. GAIAE Requested to all the Mosque-Goers and Worshippers to Comply with Directive and offer their Prayers at Home until Further Notice.
The UAE Fatwa Council had previously urged Muslims to follow medical experts and government advisories in determining whether they should attend congregational prayers.
Authorities in Sharjah had earlier suspended the gathering of worshippers at churches, including services, prayers and other activities. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque too was closed to visitors from Sunday.
