Indian tennis ace and Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik’s wife, Sania Mirza, on Saturday, shared a video, where she can be seen giving her fans “major fitness goals”.

The Indian tennis star is a spur for millions around the world who follow her and want to stay fit as a swindle. Earlier this year, Sania Mirza headed to Instagram and posted before-and-after photos of herself, figure-hugging a remarkable transformation over four months during which she lost an impressive 26kgs. She had written on Instagram,

“89 kilos vs 63 we all have goals.. every day goals and long term goals .. take pride in each one do those .. it took me 4 months to achieve this goal of mine.”

But, with a little grit and hard work, Sania by good fortune lost 26 kilos in all of 5 months!

Sania is an embodiment for all the mothers looking to lose weight. She shares all her workout routine with the hashtag #mamahustles. When she was asked about the same, she said,
