The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been Disastrous Across the globe. The uninvited Pandemic has created Havoc throughout the world. The COVID-19 pandemic was confirmed to have reached in Pakistan in February 2020. Recovery Rate of CoronaVirus in Pakistan is Higher than Death Rate- Alhamdulillah.
As latest updates proceeds, numbers of total confirmed cases are 3050 out of which 170 have been recovered with the grace of Allah and 45 have died.
This shows that the recovery rate is around 80% and the death rate is around 20% in Pakistan. So, yeah there’s no need to Panic but Precautions need to to be taken at every possible step.
Recovery Rate of CoronaVirus in Pakistan is Higher than Death Rate
According to data, The largest Province Punjab is having 1319 COVID-19 patients, Sindh has 886, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has 372 and in Balochistan it has affected 189 people. Besides, In Islamabad COVID-19 patients are 78, Gilgit Baltistan (GB) has 206 and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) has 14. According to reports, 60 percent (60%) of the infected people came from abroad and local coronavirus spread rate is 40%. The total number of tests conducted is 34910.
By the grace of Almighty ALLAH, 19 more patients were recovered earlier in Balochistan from deadly COVID-19.
As Chief Minister, Balochistan mentioned in his tweet. “Alhamdulillah 13 more patients in Sheikh Zahid Hospital have been tested negative which were initially positive and they were kept in isolation for 14 days in Hospital.”

Likewise, In Sukkur quarantine 97 patients have been recovered from deadly COVID-19. As Senator Shery Rehman mentioned in her tweet, the highest recovery rate is from Sindh Province.

Currently, there is no treatment for COVID-19 yet though Scientist, Doctors and Laboratories across the world racing to find the cure. Although, some countries are using Hydroxychloroquine, which Donald Trump mentioned as a cure of COVID-19. Some countries are using drugs prescriptions of HIV and Ebola virus. Furthermore, an old method of immunity is also being practised and showing positive results against the pandemic.
Experts Analysis of the Situation
The Chief Quality Officer and Chief of Infectious Diseases, University of Maryland UCH Passive Immunity showed impressive results.
He said in his tweet, “Treatment news, 5 critically ill COVID patients (on ventilators) received antibody-rich plasma from 5 other patients who had recovered from COVID. Results: 3 discharged; 2 in stable condition.

In Pakistan, Dr Shamsi urged authorities towards The Passive Immunity technique. According to reports, In Pakistan Doctors are taking all measures to use this technique and getting samples of Plasma from recovered people. This technique got great results in China as well, they used this technique and brought the tally of cases down also China has exported to Italy plasma of recovered patients to fight against this Pandemic. After the approval from Sindh Government, Dr. Shamsi has started to use this technique in Sindh Province.

Although, the situation of this pandemic in Pakistan is not good. Doctors along with Government working hard to fight and tackle this situation. Good thing is that the recovery rate has surpassed the death rate in Pakistan.
