Actress Mahira Khan has inveterate that she is the brand ambassador for Peshawar Zalmi for the PSL 6 but that has us pondering where this leaves Turkish actress Esra Bilgic.
Team owner Javed Afridi also confirmed the news with a tweet.

Khan has a longstanding link-up with PSL war zone
This isn’t Khan’s first time with Zalmi — she was also the face of PSL 3 and PSL 4. She also appeared in the music video for the team’s anthem in season four of the PSL. She’s also one of the most bankable Pakistani actresses with a sponsorship pact with L’Oreal.
In the promotional picture released by Zalmi to announce Khan’s ambassadorship, she’s wearing Zalmi colors — black pants and a black sweatshirt with yellow patterns on the front. She’s also sitting on a yellow car.
Afridi’s statement
“Glad to announced Mahira Khan as Peshawar Zalmi Ambassador for the third time, it’s a hat trick of the winning partnership. Mahira Khan is one of the biggest showbiz stars of Pakistan and we are thrilled to have her for PSL 6. She was with Zalmi in seasons three and four too and I hope this will continue in the coming years.”

Nevertheless, Afridi has been mocking PSL fans for weeks now by dropping hints of a collaboration with Bilgic, who starred in the tremendously popular Dirilis: Ertugrul.

She also made headlines in Pakistan when she posted a picture of Islamia College Peshawar on her Instagram story and later posted a tweet identical to Afridi’s. Both said “new beginnings”. What was that?
