Neighbor Country India attempted to land a robotic Spacecraft Chandrayaan-II near the Moon’s South Pole. As a result, ISRO lost contact with Chandrayaan-II’s Lander Vikram as it was attempting to land on the Moon on Saturday. They went close but lander lost communication from the ground and the trajectory diverged from the planned path. So, Pakistanis are Trolling India as ISRO’s Chandrayaan-II Moon Mission Fails.
India would’ve been the fourth Country to Land on the Moon, and 1st Country to touchdown at the Lunar South Pole.
Very Typical of Pakistanis to never lose a single chance of Trolling anyone especially when its India. So, #IndiaFailed trend became popular on Twitter the moment crash spaceship hit the news.
What Has Happened with Chandrayaan-II
India’s first Moon Mission – Chandrayaan-1 was carried out in 2008. Now, Chandrayaan-II is the most complex mission ever attempted by India’s space agency to land on Lunar Southern Pole.
Chandrayaan-II entered the Moon’s orbit on 20 August and was due to make a controlled descent to the surface early on Saturday. So, Staff at the mission control center of ISRO’s Banglore Station were glued to the screens as the spacecraft made its descent towards the surface.
The lander was named Vikram after the father of India’s space program, Vikram Sarabhai. However, The Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) said, in a setback to the nation’s ambitious plans to become the first country to probe the unexplored lunar south pole.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, consolidated with Scientists as he was present at ISRO’s Control room during the Landing. “There are ups and downs in life … What you have accomplished is no small achievement,”
“We are full of confidence that when it comes to our space program, the best is yet to come,” Modi said.
