The Apprehensive time to Discuss the Dilemma
Why do we only speak about mental health after it burst into headlines, at the disposal of human life?
The time has set in to confer mental health struggles of ourselves, and to probe sufferers in our surroundings who seek help. Moreover, it is required to explore remedies and detach misconceptions and myths regarding the ailment. Be vigilant of the language we use and refrain from using any buzzword that could mentally harm the sick: “she is honestly so bipolar; he was a complete psychopath.”
When we do this, we are successfully trivializing the actual conditions and corroborating the stigmas already associated with the illness.
