President of the United States of America is famous for his BLUNT usage of Twitter. Donald Trump is a Twitter beast. There’s probably no other world leader who is so vocal and active on Twitter. Donald Trump Mistakenly Tags a Saudi instead of FDA in Tweet about COVID-19.
Well, it’s not Every Day that you’re mentioned by the Most Powerful Man in the World, but MLK, better known as @FDA found himself all the Stardom when he was tagged on twitter by the Supreme Leader of the United States of America Donald Trump.
Donald Trump Mistakenly Tags a Saudi instead of FDA in Tweet about COVID-19
Trump retweeted an article about a research institute which developed technology that “can clean up to 80,000 pieces of PPE (personal protective equipment) for use.” The author of the article says in her tweet that it is a “huge breakthrough in the fight against the #coronavirus.”
Trump added the following to his retweet: “Highly recommended by Governor @MikeDeWine of Ohio. @FDA must move quickly!”
However, US President Trump Mistakenly tagged a Saudi Arabian user with the handle @FDA in a retweet of that article about CoronaVirus, instead of mentioning the official Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
It is worth noting here that the “@FdA” twitter account is an unverified one, with the name MLK, and location set in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The user does not follow anyone, has not posted a single tweet since the account was created in March 2011, and has 8,240 followers.
The Arab Guy Became Famous on Twitter
The hashtag #ابو_الفدا has gone viral on Twitter with many sharing memes ad poking fun at Trump’s expense.
