Internationally Renowned umpire Aleem Dar on Thursday announced that his Lahore-based restaurant ‘Dar’s Delighto’ will be offering free food to the needy as the country Grapples with the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Aleem Dar shared a Video Message on Twitter Explaining how the Pandemic is Wreaking havoc in Pakistan.
“Really it is a very challenging time especially for the poor people of our society. We are distributing free food for jobless and deserving people in this hour of need outside our restaurant between 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm”, said Aleem Dar.
He further said, “The present crisis expects from all of us to come forward and contribute as much as we can. We can defeat coronavirus and persisting crisis through combine efforts,” he added.

He Also Urged People to Follow the Govt. ORDERS
“Coronavirus has spread all over the world, and its effects are now being seen in Pakistan as well. The provincial governments and the central government [have] issued measures for you to follow for your safety. However, without our support, our government cannot control this. I request all people to follow the instructions as directed by the government.
“During this lockdown, people have become jobless. I own a restaurant named Dar’s Delighto on Pia Road in Lahore. People who are jobless especially can come there and eat food for free.”
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that its centrally contracted players will make a collective donation of Rs5 million to the government’s emergency fund to fight the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
